Reports to: Principal
Responsibilities (in order of importance):
· Conceptual Designs; Provide oversight and prepare, lead or advise
Senior Engineers / Designers in the Schematic / DD phases - level of
involvement dependent upon the project and team size.
· Quality Control / Construction Document review
· Specification writing
· Site investigations; report preparation; problem solving
· Lead Construction Administration efforts
· Staff mentoring, training and design assistance
· Client technical support and meeting attendance
· Technical standards development and support
· Business development assistance
· Goal of 70% chargeable minimum
Experience / Qualifications / Requirements:
· 12 Years Industry experience
· BS Engineering discipline
· PE Registration
· Strong communication skills – written and verbal
· Computer proficiency
· Demonstrated experience leading Engineering design efforts from
concept through project closeout.
· Methodical and accurate attention to detail
