As a Sales Associate / Accounts Executive, you will be a valuable member of our growing sales & marketing team responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and opportunities through Sales to existing and new accounts of small, medium and large scale.
A family owned business who has been in the Automobile Detailing & Reconditioning industry since 1970, with a newly created line of Automobile Appearance products, seeks to grow into an industry leader with your help.
While performing the duties of the Sales Associate / Accounts Executive, you will participate in further training and gain additional product knowledge and advanced sales skill sets to transition to a Senior Account Executive in the sales force. This challenging opportunity is for candidates desiring a fast-paced, revenue-driven atmosphere with unlimited earning potential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills. 2-5 years previous sales experience in the car wash and detailing industry with an enthusiastic, positive mental attitude is essential. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work independently, on his/her own schedule and efficiently perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of records management, filing and storage systems would be beneficial, but not necessary.
POSITION GOALS:
Develop new accounts based on assigned market, territory, or industry, as well as penetrate and expand assigned customer base.
Advance product knowledge through self-learning and participation in local, regional, and national training programs and opportunities.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, and a positive mental attitude toward work, clients, and co-workers.
Perform consistently in alignment with the goals and accountabilities set forth by Manager.
Manage time and resources efficiently to achieve maximum performance and productivity.
Perform work as assigned in an efficient, orderly, and professional manner.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma is required.
Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have the ability to work independently and efficiently perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have valid driver's license and a safe, well-operating vehicle, with proof of auto insurance.
