I'm a single professional guy looking for a mature, responsible and independent person to share my single family home. It's located in a nice neighborhood in
Milford, MA near the Hopkinton town line with easy access to Rt. 495.
Your room is furnished or it can be provided unfurnished if desired. Your bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, mine are upstairs. This provides a nice level of privacy when desired.
Your Living Area (downstairs):
A big (11'3" x 14'6"), sunny room with:
- built-in entertainment center with cabinets below and shelves above
- office desk in alcove (8'4" x 5'3") for your PC, etc. (wireless ethernet provided)
- a color TV (if wanted)
- a LazyBoy recliner (if wanted)
- private bathroom (5'6" x 8'3") with shower (I only use it for the washing machine, otherwise it's all yours)
- private kitchen (8' x 10') with sink, cabinets, refrigerator and microwave (I only use it for the clothes dryer)
- a semi-private entrance (come and go without having to walk through the house)
Upstairs:
- screened in deck with gas grille, fridge, TV and seating
Summary:
- Off street parking for 1 or 2 vehicles and possibly additional parking for your boat, motorhome or trailer in the 2nd driveway

Me:
I'm 50 going on 25. I ride my motorcycle every chance I get but I also enjoy being a total couch potato. I like dark beers and red wines and I grill on the deck whenever I can. I'm into a variety of music, but mostly hard rock-n-roll. I'm not a party person, I tend to stay pretty much to myself. I am very respectful.
Misc:
- All utilities (gas, electricity, cable TV, high-speed internet & phone) are included
- Food, laundry detergent, etc. is not included
- I'll need to use the laundry once a week or so (it's located in your bathroom)at your convenience
- You should have a good sense of humor
- First and last months rent is to be paid prior to move in
